Yoga is a process of not only keeping the body healthy but also of enhancing one's beauty and figure. Just by devoting about twenty minutes daily for one month, any woman can improve her natural charms.

Yoga is superb art of meditation aimed at training a human soul the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual imminent and calm that brings a perfect blend of physical strength and gracefulness in your life. Also, the beauty attained through Yoga is not an artificial and temporary achievement like cosmetic surgery and other such means. Many famous personalities in the health and beauty industry swear on the names of yoga.

Benefits of yoga:
Yoga can specially benefit women to retain their natural beauty while coping up with menstrual problems, child birth, work and home stress etc. Yoga practice helps to provide nutrition at the cellular level. Yoga helps to maintain your perfect body weight by removing excess weight from all body organs. It helps to improve flexibility and maintain correct posture for young and beautiful looks. It improves circulation of blood and removes toxins from the body. Yoga helps women to stay slim and active. The perfect oxygen dose which we can get from yoga asanas and mudras also helps skin glow. Regular yoga brings pleasure in your life reflects on your face. It helps you in delaying ageing. A regular yoga practitioner remains young and active for quite longer than others who do not practice yoga.

Here are some yoga asanas which will help you to attain and retain you beauty and you will go gorgeous through yoga.
Breathing Exercise
Breathing through the left nostril only, 5-10 minutes, will help to lessen heat effect in body breathing through left nostril is called Moon breath and is said to be cooling while breathing through right nostril is called sun breathe and has heating effect. Only 7-10 minutes, breathing exercise will assist you to reduce heat effect in body. Just cover the right nostril with your thumb, and breathe usually through the left side. If the nostril is blocked, don’t force it.
Halasana (the plough pose)
First, lie flat on the back and make arms straight and beside the body so that palms face downward. Gradually raise your leg to the vertical. Only use the stomach muscles to lift the leg don’t use arms. Unhurriedly lower the leg over head and touch the floor with both feet. Stay to this final pose for comfortable of time.

Sarvangasana (The shoulder stand position)
First, lie down flat on the back with feet together and make arms beside and palms flat on the ground. Slowly lift your leg to the vertical position by blending elbow and using arms as a support pillar to steady the back by pressing it with the palms.

Vipareeta Karani Mudra (the inverted attitude)
The method is the same as for sarvangasana, apart from the chin is not pressed alongside the chest in the final pose. The trunk is held at a 45 degree angle to the ground rather than at a right angle.
Yoga asanas, pranayama and kriyas assist to improve blood circulation, detoxify your body and reinstate proper functioning of your body as well as endocrine glands.

Practice meditation for 5 to 10 minutes and gradually increase the time. If you know no other meditation, practice Om recitation by closing your eyes and concentrating on area between your eyebrows. Meditation will cool your nerves; improve your concentration and confidence.

Yoga tips of Diet for Beauty and glowing skin
# Include ample of fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, milk, sprouts, nuts, whole grain and pulses, cereals etc to your food.
# Take fresh fruits and vegetables in raw form or you can also have fresh vegetable/fruit juices. Eat a balanced diet and include handful of nuts. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol and aerated drinks.
Stop intake of processed and junk food. Here are some more tips on diet for beauty.
# Drink plenty of water as it hydrates the skin and helps to remove toxins. It also helps to promote smooth bowel movements.
There is nothing better than laughter yoga in this regard, so always be cheerful.
# Follow an active and healthy lifestyle.
# Get your body oil massaged periodically. It improves blood circulation and improves the health of the skin.
Do remember to apply your sun screen lotion whenever you go outside in sunlight.
# An eight-hours sound sleep will help your body to replenish, regenerate and rejuvenate it. Take rest at the end of the day. Do not skip sound sleep, as a restless mind often affects the overall health.
