since the year dot my salon has always used Wella for its colour range.
My salon owner (who is not a hairdresser) has gone and changed our colour range to Davines.
Myself and all the other stylists are all having serious problems with getting 100% coverage. (or any coverage if truth be known)
Every full head application is coming out very translucent and if the poor client has any grey its very difficult to cover any of it.
We have had a few redo s in but I feel so bad applying colours that I dont have any confidence in and am worried that we will start to lose clients.
