Hi jay,
I've just read ur post, so firstly congratulations n fair play for just throwing yourself in
.
I think i have a few pointers to help you.
Firstly you have to do ur research. so research locations, salons in the surrounding area, and get price lists from every single one. just remember dont rush ur research.
next, you have to pick people who are good and who you think will work well together, so dont forget the trades tests.
you have to be able to market urself well too. alot of business' fail because they dont do enough research and dont market themselves correctly.
and never be afraid to ask 4 help either, u will need as much help as u can get wen starting up!
i hope that helps and let me know if i can help u with ideas,
Emma
