Hi
i have a client who would like there hair perming. The only thing is she is chinease. Do i need to do anything differently? I havent actually seen her yet as she has enquired through a friend. But all i no is that shes chinease and her hair is short to about the length of her ear lobe. Any help would be appreciated thanks
