Hi Nadine,
I will get straight to the point.
- by contacting dertimatis, which is a skin disorder of the skin, the hands will become very sore and imflamed. This condition is highly contingious, and therefore can be passed onto the clients via shampooing.
In this case, prevention is better then cure, to avoid this wash an dry hands thoroughly after shampoo and regularly apply moistoser. Wear gloves for any chemical treatments/
-this is the only diagram I could find online which is decent, but the font is a little small so you reallt have ot look hard!

- if there is any kind of residue left on the hair, whether it is shampoo, natural oil or conditioner it can act as a barrier to the following service.
For example, if you leave conditioner in the hair and you blow-dry, the hair is very greasy and is very limp, it will not go where you want it to.
I hope this helps Nadine, and all the best for you assessment!
