We represent many of the most exciting new hair care and styling developments and to ensure we stay at the very cutting edge of our business, we're looking for two high profile professionals to act as roving ambassadors for the Wella brand. National Technical Coordinator (UK wide) Responsible for three field based technical trainers, you will work alongside one of the UK's largest hair salon chains supporting the sales team. At key flagship salons, you will take care of training personally as you lead training programmes and a new technical strategy that will ensure the right skills are in place and the use of Wella products is maximised. A qualified and experienced hairdresser, most recently a dedicated trainer, you will demonstrate impressive technical abilities and have the kind of proven teaching skills that really will inspire results and command respect. National Technical Coordinator (UK wide) Working closely with another very large salon chain, you will train staff in the correct use of Wella products. This will include delivering training across the entire Wella portfolio of products. As well as advising on practical skills, you will also help develop the chain's creative strategy from ground level up. A couple of years as a fully qualified salon stylists, or colourist, you will have some direct experience of training and will see this as your key strength. Now you are keen to demonstrate your technical and cutting prowess within an area where your abilities will really shine. Both roles demand a clean current driving licence and will involve extensive travel throughout the UK.
