Hair Colouring

Post subject : Help with producing a rich no red brown I know this sounds crazy but i need to know how to get a medium rich brown on a level 4 hair Its seems like I have to go darker to avoid any red tones like a soft black, but she wants a rich brown color and no red, I have tried a level 5n but it seems to bring out the red tones Post by oasisk
