Post subject : chair renting problems
Help, I need a hair stylist renting a space or salon owners opinion...
I have been renting a chair for the first time in my 8 years of doing this. I have been at my new job a little over 6 months. My problem is the salon owner changes the whole salon around ever month(no joke), from my station, to my products, to my color storage space. I just come to work one day & its totally changed around! She doesn't tell me before hand, or ask me after if it works for me. The last time she did it, she actually took all my stuff from my station & drawers & switched it to a left handed station, because "she" wanted a change.
So, I want to tell her, if I'm paying this much for rent I don't want the things Im renting changed around. Or do I have that rite where she is the owner and Im the renter???
IS THIS NORMAL??
