In the salon I work at we are 17, 22, 25(me), 25, 25, 34, 39, 42, and 50(the owner). It can get crazy, and the drama is outstanding. My boss gets frustrated with the cleaning woes, but I don't thin k she knows how lucky she has it. There is almost never a towel, or a color stain, or fingerprints, she has made us all obsessive. It's hard with all women and it's hard with the age range. One thing I find frustrating is the gossip that is non-stop. Do other people out there find gossip to be a problem?? I want to pull my hair out when it starts. On more than one occasion they have been gossiping about a client when they have had a friend in the shop, and since I am the quiet one, I get confronted about it. They just won't stop. How would you guys deal??

Nice topic Chris!
Well!
Can you remember a fairytale that one old witch captured two small kids "Hansel and Greta" and wanted to eat them?
Why? Because youth has so much stored energy within that can bring you back to your younger years.
Yes sometimes is very difficult to mix with younger people. All this drama, the tense, the ear piercing laughs... Shall i go on?
But there is no better medicine for an old mind (and mature and wise) than connecting with young people.
I must say that the answer that liked more was Sonya's (she is only 19) and she is wise enough to tell us that we are as old as we feel. Let me give my point of view and say we are as Young as we fell.
I know my hole life i feel 4
Yet as i grow old i am everytime better 4 than ever.
And yes having children is the better youth dose you can take.
When is was carrying my son i read this book that suggested that if we want to keep a good relationship with our kids we have to always remember how we felt when we were at their age. Try this with any younger person and you will find that their drama is yous. Then you can give good advice because you 've been there.
I am in between ages in the salon i work. People are from 16 to 56. I have seen childish behaviour from old people and mature behaviour from young people. So i believe: it doesn't matter how old we are. It DOES matter how good use we have done with the lessons we have taken from life.
VERY IMPORTANT
Having children make us better and stronger persons. It is a difficult task but is worth it all the way. I believe it is a right of all the people to raise kids if they want to as long as we keep in mind that in everything we do we have to put children's well being first.
